Ladytron – Destroy Everything You Touch

Destroy Everything You Touch” is the second single from the album Witching Hour by electronic music band Ladytron.[1] It reached a position of #42 on the UK Singles Chart, the highest position a Ladytron single has reached to date. It was re-released in the UK on 22 October 2007.

The music video shows the members of Ladytron hiking through a mountain range, facing various hazards such as two-legged creatures attempting to attack them, and having frosty wind blown at them by faces in the mountains (which are the members of Ladytron, with makeup added to them to make their skin look covered with snow and ice).

“Destroy Everything You Touch” is featured on the video game 2006 FIFA World Cup. It is one of the many EA Trax that appear in the game.

The song also appears in the 2007 film Smiley Face, and in the 2008 film One Missed Call. It was also used in the 2009 film Mammoth, and for its trailer.

It also appears in the 2008 Vogue magazine documentary The September Issue, and its trailer.
